The agent’s attitude when I mentioned that I was expecting a discount for returning the vehicle with more gasoline then when I picked it up. He immediately said that was not possible; even though, I was told differently by a Budget representative when I called the company’s customer service line earlier in the day. It wasn't even the car I had intended to rent! The service was horrible at the counter and they didn't even have the car I wanted to rent. The customer sevice with Budget has been awful.
