I was never informed that the drop off in Mooresville was during business hours so I had to travel 20+ miles to find the office was closed. Very inconvenient that I had to return the next day.Cons:

KAYAK!! I had requested a reservation from BTV (Burlington) and when I received my confirmation email, I noticed that you had made me a reservation from a different airport in upstate New York! I do not like that they make the rentals for every 24 hours. It doesn't work realistically for renting a vehicle (especially when you're paying for 3 days but only get it for exactly 48 hours). I will not be using dollar again. Also, a $200 hold is a little excessive. I've had $100 held before, but $200 is a little ridiculous. Because of the way they do the time for pick-up and drop-off, it was very hard to schedule for when I actually needed the car and they wouldn't work with me.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
