Boarding was good, was able to get on early and get settled in . Loved the glass of wine before take off. Once in the air the service was amazing, from the snacks, drinks and the food was good. The flight attendants were very good and attentive. Love flying with Delta..
The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!
I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.
Crew was great. Friendly, calm, interesting, happy to be there. That makes a huge difference. Plane was very quiet. Also quite empty so I had three seats to sleep across
The most unprofessional and disorganized experience I’ve ever had with an airlines. After the flight was diverted on the runway and we returned to the gate, there was no communication about the plans and it took an additional 5 hours to get set up with a hotel and a new flight, information that was not readily given to the passengers and mostly gotten second hand from what other passengers heard from each other. Based on this experience I cannot recommend flying delta again
My flight was very clean and the location was comfortable. The service was great. A satisfying flight!
Boarding was slow again. Too many people with too much luggage.
The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.
Flight was delayed nearly one hour. Just because of Deltas poor management. Was so late reached home after midnight .
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks
Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.
We were in the last group to be called to the flight - which was 30 minutes late taking off. While we were lucky enough to have been given bulkhead seats (due to a medical condition I’d told them about beforehand) the seats weren’t particularly comfortable. A crying baby for the whole trip made things worse, so the crew managed very well with coping. The final thing I’d say was that there wasn’t enough food served during the flight.

We flew Upper Class from London to The Turks and Caicos. Check in was amazing. Our ldriver too us directly to a special entrance to terminal 3. It took 10 minutes to check in and clear customs. Amazing! The VA lounge is large and comfortable. Boarding the flight was easy and without a wait. The crew was excellent. But the seats were awful, strange and uncomfortable. Having a comfortable flat bed seat is the reason we pays 1000s extra. The VA 787 uses a reverse herringbone configuration. Look it up. You have your back to the window and are facing the aisle with no privacy. Turning the seat into a bed requires assistance from the crew so not very spontaneous. . The food was ok. A bit tasteless and meager portions. Had to pay for WiFi. I believe VA has other configuration on their dream airbus flights. Lots of stuff about all this on YouTube where you can see what I have been describing. I can not recommend taking VA on a long flight with these seats.
The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀
Good over all but my flight from. Miami to Barbados the airplane was very dirty like I have never seen before. It looked like that plane hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and I fly about one time a month.
First of all , lucky I caught our flight changes and we actually flew into chicago then Fort Myers
We were told there would be no food/beverage service due to turbulence. There was very little turbulence on the 2+ hour flight. I was in First Class and thought they could have done a quick service after take off as they had a quite bit of time before we would be reaching the predicted turbulent area. They could have at least passed out a quick bag of pretzels.
Excellent pilots in an extremely foggy situation. Very good communication with the passengers about possibly being diverted to another airport.
No nice at all, delayed and I lost the connection over xmas
Horrible trip. I won't fly AA again Boarding was a nightmare because they squeezed people into the waiting like sardines. My connection was 30 minutes and the run to the gate was horrible. Then the flight was canceled AFTER boarding. The Flight attendants did not know what to do and gave out the wrong instructions. They finally sent us to a different gate. Again, the waiting was like a sardine tin. The flight was okay and my baggage arrived fine.
The Overall Experience was great. No issues with the flight.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
Free wifi kept dropping so no inflight entertainment. And only snack option was cookies.

Not happy with Air Canada . Flight was cancelled got the run around trying to get another flight that was direct none to be found ended up going to Denver then onto Austin adding 7 hours to our trip. Was travelling with some one who had walking issues that’s why we were happy to have a direct flight then it didn’t happen adding more stress on her
We were denied boarding despite arriving 2.5 hours before taje-off because the Air Canada computer system could not link my passport with my eTA. We were rebooked on the next flight and our hold baggage is now lost.
My bag didn’t follow me as it was supposed to leaving me without my bag for the first 12 hours of my 3 day trip. My bag got broken during this time.
Air Canada continues to disappoint in almost every way. Probably the result of a monopoly, so NO need to improve anything
They changed our seats on us and ended up giving us the last row in Business class. We added wheel chair service and did not get it at any of the airports. My mom had to walk everywhere which was just unbelievable that they didn't provide this service. Just terrible
Terrible. We waited for over an hour to get our bags. After a 14 hour flight is was extremely frustrating
Crew was very nice. Food was below average. Entertainment choices limited. Screen size very small. Sleeping blanket small and not adequate in business class.
The flight was good, but it was delayed several times, we were supposed to board at 10:15, and we didn’t board until 11:30.
Very slow boarding and delays. Other than that, the rest was amazing!
