Fine, the process or boarding was a bit slow but the flight itself was quick and smooth. Not over booked and pleasant overall

More check-in counters or faster processing. I arrived early but got to the gate just in time to board the flight, I didn't even have time to use the bathroom. The plane was really dirty, encrusted dirt is everywhere and the plane smelled bad when I entered.

I couldnot board the flight since my previous flight from Lisbon to Madrid arrived too late.

The flight was on the time and everything was very smoothi

Pros: "You can always expect reliable and in time service with Avianca."
Cons: "Outdated aircraft, limited space."
Pros: "Booked 1 month in advance... was treated unfairly"
Cons: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."
Pros: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Cons: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."
Cons: "Fly on time, put babies together in one location. Have better food"
Cons: "Shorter lay overs between flights Direct flights from Palma to San senastian"

The only problem was there are games on the entertaiment system. The guy behind me played poker the entire time and poking the back of my seat. I hope they remove these.

Delayed due to weather... fine. But then the board us. Rows 15 and back had to go down the stairs and back up the back stair entrance to the plane. No assistance offered. Then they inform us that we are delayed for paperwork for an hour. So why did we board? Then, about 45min later they inform us that it'll be another 60-90mins. Really? No wifi, no seat entertainment, no drink or snacks offered. And we were not allowed to deboard.

Great travel. Wonderful experience. Hope to do it again in the near future. God willing

Aer Lingus doesn't have plug ins for devices at each seat. They also did not give me a dairy free meal as requested and confirmed by staff. It was as if I had not requested anything. Otherwise, they were great!

There were a lot of empty rows. As a single passenger I should not have been seated with 2 others. The WiFi didn’t work. The Kosher meal was awful.

Both flights were delayed due to maintenance issues. Because they where late boarding all four of our bags where left behind on our last connecting flight.

Aer Lingus interior is not the cleanest. I've seen crumbs on the seat and wrappers on the floor when I boarded

Flightl was good and on time. Only problem was the quality of the air in the cabin, didn’t appear to be clearing the air circulation.

The transatlantic flight was wonderful. The regional reminded me of jet blue. Crazy and packed. Not enough overhead space and tough on elderly.

They lost my baggage on my connecting flight and we’re an hour late so I nearly missed it

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

it would good to have at least something to drink...

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.

Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.

Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.

My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again

Iberia is an excellent airline, I spent years flying with them and I recommend them 100×100, both locally and internationally.

Left on time and arrived on time both ways, thank you

Flights were on time. The crew was efficient and friendly.

The flight boarded and departed Venice on time (more or less), the cabin crew were super friendly and efficient, the flight crew kept us informed of progress, and the flight arrived early in Dublin. All in all, this flight was as close to perfect as is possible to achieve. Well done, Ryanair. The fact that Ryanair aircraft arrive and depart from gates that are in the back of beyond in Dublin's Terminal 1 is a bummer - in terms of the length of the walk need on both ends of a return flight. But I suspect that this is not Ryanair's fault

Is good airline but their check in process is not simple

On time but no water , milk or refreshments of any kind on board. Which is poor, especially with children and elderly on board. Toilets filthy,

Boarding at Arrecife was commended way too early. Far too long for elderly to be kept standing on their feet. Otherwise we’ll done to all staff.

The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !

Cons: "allow a carry on bag to be same as international standard in size and weight. Do you expect international tourists to buy carry on bags that fits your specifications for size and weight? Why do not except same size as other international carriers?"
Cons: "My friend faced a problem he was booking the flight through your site by kiwi.com and he coudnt do the check in because he dont have the email and the password so he had to pay 60€, so i hope if the kiwi.com notes this matter."
Pros: "Bought a seat 3 hours before check in and had a row to myself"
Cons: "Excellent Ryanair flight. 75% full. Very friendly crew."
