Pros:
The price was excellent and once we got in to talk to the representative it only took a few minutes to sign the contract. We were also able to drop off the car before they opened by just parking and leaving the key in the drop box. Then they sent a receipt the same morning.Cons:
When we arrived to pick up the car there was a line and it took over an hour to get to the desk. They didn’t have any small cars left, so we ended up with a Fiat Qubo which was too big for driving around Rome, though it was fine when we left the city. When we returned the car, the parking attendants made us wait outside for the shuttle in 0c weather even though we were the only ones waiting for the shuttle and the driver was there in the office.One location in Ciampino
