The car THE CAR CONDITION The car came with exterior and interior damage. It was a 2017 Mazda3 In the middle of the first day a plastic cover that is located under the car fell apart and I had to put it back together with zip tie. Car was defiantly was involved in a car accident before we rented it. Such low standard for a rental car. This kind a car shouldn't be rented to people.2.0 Poor

The company's customer service was atrocious. They were dishonest and we ended up paying a lot more than we were supposed to originally. They did not allow us to pick up our car on the first try. We had to go back a different day. Was very disappointed.Hertz
